What’re your rates?
Typically our couples’ packages range between 5k-12k, the most commonly booked package is $6,850 for full wedding day + engagement session. We offer monthly payment plans + credit card options, all digital, contact us for detailed packages.
So how does this whole thing work?
We have a simple 4 step process:
If we’re a good fit, we’ll reserve your date with a signed digital contract.
We’ll be by your side finalizing details, then celebrating + documenting.
You’ll receive your gallery of photos.
How many stories have you been part of?
We have photographed over 500 love stories since 2014.
How long will I have to wait to see my photos?
You’ll receive wedding sneak peeks within a week. Typically your full wedding gallery will be delivered before your 2-month anniversary and an engagement session gallery within a few weeks.
How many photos will I receive?
We estimate 50-100 photos delivered per hour of coverage. We'll cull through to take out any blinks & repeats and we'll never hold back on memories.
What is your style?
We've been told our work is natural, cinematic, joyful, candid, and fun. Clients have said we provide timeless emotive imagery that ranges from natural candids to aesthetic compositions with a real lived-in feel to them (and maybe some borderline cheesy and blooper moments hehe).
Will all the photos I receive be edited?
Yes! Every photo you receive has been hand-edited by us, one by one.
Can I edit my own photos?
Sure! They are your photos, we want you to love them no matter what. You can either further edit the ones we’ve already edited, or even buy the raw unedited files and we’ll send them over so you can edit them from scratch if you’d like.
What is the "online gallery" that is included in your packages?
The online gallery is a private online website that contains your hi-res photos for you to download. This can be accessed by you & anyone you'd like to share the link with. This is also an easy and fast way to order prints and canvases and thank you notes (or you can just download the hi-res files and print where you please).
Will there be a watermark across my face in the photos I receive?
No, and there are no surprises/fees later to receive your photos. They’re included in every package.
Do you photograph formal family portraits at weddings?
Yes. These are typically done directly after your ceremony with your immediate family. Or it can be done prior to the ceremony after your first look. We’ll also shoot the cute candid moments that happen in between, those are our favs!
What do you wear to weddings?
Sometimes some fun socks, but besides those, we like to blend in with the guests. Typically this means we wear formal dark tones, and we’re always down to dress the theme or requested colors. There are photos on our about page that show what we look like at weddings (the casual looks are at engagement sessions).
What is the rate for travel?
If the location is between 30 - 150 miles from DTLA, the travel rate is $1 per mile round trip. If the location is over 150 miles, rates are customized to cover transportation + lodging.
Do you have business insurance?
Yes, definitely. If your venue needs a COI, let us know & we'll send it over.
Do you shoot film?
Everything you see on our site is digital. Our style of work is dependent on the fast ability of digital. We agree that film can look cool, but for us- using film at weddings risks missing once-in-a-lifetime moments. Film cannot shoot as quickly as digital, resulting in missing key moments, whereas digital will shoot a handful of photos of the same moment, allowing us to choose and deliver the best one. Film needs to reload, verses digital can shoot constantly. Film also has no backup and risks being lost forever, versus digital is immediately copied to 2 locations at all times. You can always edit your digital photos further to give the “film vibe” (yes, we don’t care if you edit your photos further, and you can also receive the raw files).
Do you have an opinion on the timeline?
Yes! We really strive for you to enjoy your wedding day feeling relaxed & having fun, and the best way for this to happen is to prep with a solid timeline. We'll collaborate on a timeline with you & your other vendors so your day flows smoothly & you receive everything you want. It’s important to us that you enjoy your day, so we make sure to plan ahead of time to make that happen.
How / when do I book you?
To reserve us for your date, we do a contract signing + a retainer fee. This can all be done digitally through email or in person over coffee/drinks. Typically couples book us anywhere between 6-14 months out, but we’re also down for a spontaneous 1-week notice.
